Grow at MD² as part of a united team where everyone shows up authentically, shares ideas bravely, and solves complex problems! *About the work:* We are seeking an analytical, organized, and forward-thinking *FP&A Manager*, who is excited about driving and scaling MD²’s growth trajectory.
As part of a highly skilled finance team in our Bellevue HQ office, you will contribute to the development of the annual operating budget, monthly forecasts, and MD²’s multi-year strategic plan.

This person is comfortable operating at all levels, with eyes on the strategic big picture, while skillfully managing the financial details and will bring analytical and communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, a curiosity for operational details, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity.
*Responsibilities:* * Oversee and influence comprehensive budgeting activities required to support investment decisions for business programs and products including measurement against key financial metrics and targets.
* Partner with the business to ensure accuracy for spend, headcount, and other key metrics based on operational performance.
* Prepare budget vs.
actual variance analysis and other relevant reporting.
* Lead thoughtful analysis, evaluating key drivers and metrics, and partnering on driving operational efficiencies.
* Collaborate with the accounting organization on accruals and other elements of the close process.
* Evolve processes as needed.
* Manage frequent ad hoc projects to support senior management decision making.
* Prepare a monthly actual vs budget financial reporting package for capital and expense, including variance analysis.
*To succeed in the role, you’ll need:* * 5+ years of work experience in an FP&A role at a high-growth company.
* Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and US GAAP required.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience building complex, three-statement financial models.
* Experience leveraging a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills to scale processes in a fast-paced environment and effectively convey deliverables to cross-functional teams.
* Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions; proven track record of taking ownership and driving business results.
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize a diverse workload.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.
00 - $150,000.
