Collaborate with national Health Care and Life Sciences teams – this collaboration will enable you to deliver uncommon solutions to the clients you serve and provide you with career experiences that expand beyond the local team you collaborate with throughout the year.
Performs the detail work of audits, review, some compilations, and other assurance services for clients.
Collects and analyzes data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
Helps build detailed reports on audit findings.
Supports multiple client engagements of varying size and complexity, on time and within budget, and communications progress and audit results to supervisors.
Keep manager/principal aware of engagement status and problem areas.
Completes assigned portions of engagements with consistency and accuracy and within tight time frames.
Proactively interact and communicate with clients to gather information to ensure timely engagement wrap-up.
Audit complex areas/transactions as well as prepare financial statements and related reports.
May begin to direct small audits at the two-year level.
What you will need: You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
You have or are eligible to sit for the CPA license.
You have at least 2 years’ experience as an associate with an emphasis in financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations.
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Strategy: Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people.
Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range.
For Washington, the range for this position is $69,000 to $111,000.
