In this role, you would manage Bayview’s system for paying bills and the system for all payroll functions.
You would preform accounts payable reconciliation and create spreadsheets for financial management purposes.
In this role you would assist with a variety of other financial duties including petty cash and postage.
You would also be responsible for reconciling benefit invoices; receive and record Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) payments from past employees for continuation of health insurance benefits.
Sells bus passes to employees and manages offsite Garage parking passes.
Manage payments to employees for referral and/or sign on bonuses.
Responsible for maintaining employee files and database containing credentials and requirements; provides employee data to management as needed; and update forms as needed.
This includes updating annual tuberculosis testing and/or symptom screening.
Individuals performing the job must be patient and conscientious.
Both the content and the presentation are important; all work must be highly polished.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.
E.
D.
).
Prefer associate degree in accounting.
Minimum of one year Payroll/AP experience
Some experience in Human Resources preferred.
Must be organized in the use of time and in maintaining accurate records.
Demonstrates integrity, good judgment, and ability to establish good working relationships with others.
Demonstrates attentiveness, responsiveness, courtesy and diplomacy in dealing with those who present questions or problems.
