*What characteristics would fit will with our team?*
* Solid background in tax preparation, research and advising with individuals, businesses, trusts and/or estates
* _*Minimum*_ of 3 years recent income tax preparation experience
* Ability to positively communicate verbally and electronically with a variety of clients and personalities
* Strong accounting and analytical skills
* Desire for continuous learning and growth, both professionally and personally
* Flexible, hard-working, and have the ability and initiative to thrive in a team oriented environment
* Active Washington CPA license, EA or CPA eligible candidate would be preferred
