Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced staff accountant to join our company’s finance team.
The ideal candidate will be managing all aspects of the accounting cycle.
This role will play a crucial role in the finance team, contributing to the financial success of our fast-growing Company.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Record and monitor sales transactions and settlements.
* Process vendor invoices and credit card transactions accurately and timely.
* Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
* Perform month-end closing procedures as such bank reconciliation, intercompany AP/AR reconciliation and month-end journal entries.
* Ensure statutory filings such as business license renewals are filed timely.
* Ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
*Required Skills/Abilities:* * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
* 2 years of hands-on experience in general accounting.
* Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
* Detail-oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus.
* Ability to communicate in Chinese is highly preferred.
