Intro:
We are a property management company looking for a customer service minded, and detail oriented individual to help us manage accounts payable and administrative duties.
This individual will make sure all bills are getting paid on time and take care of administrative tasks that is asked of them.
This position will have the opportunity to grow with the company with potential to be a full time position as company grows.
We are looking for a team member to be with the company for the long run.
Training: 1 week training in April
3 days a week (M/W/F) / (1-5pm / PM shift ) (starting May 2024)
On call: TUE/THUR & as needed on weekends
Responsibilities:
- Pay bills
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors
- Bank deposit runs / bank errands
- Enter data into various computer databases accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data where necessary
- Organize files in a logical and manageable fashion
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Will be required to work from home few hours a week
- Quick reply and communication with the team is important
- Will be doing some tenant showings and managing a handful of properties as an assistant manager duties
- Communicating with tenants and providing property management services
Experience:
- Experience as Accounts Payable is a must (min.
2 years)
- Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks (min.
2 years)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Strong file management skills
- Basic math skills for numerical data entry
- Background in property management is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.
00 - $35.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
