We understand how stressful this situation can be, which is why we are equipped to help you deal with insurance companies, property management, and the many other parties interested or involved with the damage.
Duties
* Managing the front desk functions as they relate to phone calls, visitors and mail distribution
* Processing time sheets, payroll, Entry into Quickbook's, Basic Bookkeeping Entries
* Running reports for bi-weekly vendor payments.
* Accounts Payable: sorting, matching, and scanning invoices and check requests.
Creating checks in Quickbooks to send out.
Reconciling statements and registers.
* Accounts Receivable: Collecting and receiving payments from customers, insurance carriers, property managers, etc.
, Depositing funds to appropriate account(s).
Phone calls, letters, emails to clients and insurance carriers to receive payments.
* Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices, as well as other administrative duties.
Supporting Technician's and Managers in daily tasks
* Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
* Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information
* Logical and critical thinking.
Investigating potential errors, or mistakes.
Being able to detect and see when things don't look correct, and research for answers.
Reading through communication notes to become familiar with files.

Position Overview
This position is responsible for administrative functions in a field office environment.
Qualified candidates will be required to handle incoming mail and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate responsible party.
Candidates will be additionally responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Cost Review, and Payroll review as required.
Other Responsibilities may include:
* Maintaining an organized workspace to ensure all incoming and outgoing communication is representative of 1800 WATER DAMAGE Practices, Processes and Standards
* Timely creation of new jobs in CRM and Accounting software as required
* Scheduling and dispatching daily Technician Routes, and coordinating with customers
* Organizing and maintaining an up to date job file for Estimator/General Manager Review
* Tracking employee hours, and processing payroll reports weekly
* Using Quickbook's and other software to maintain vendor list
* Ensure compliance with vendor requirements
* Monthly Reconciliation of AP statements
* Customer file maintenance; digital database and physical file system
