*Role:* Full Time Accountant
*Location:* Bellevue, Washington - In Office – Not Remote
We are seeking an analytical, motivated, and organized staff accountant who is excited about executing on the Accounting Team at a high level.
As part of a highly skilled finance and accounting team in our Bellevue HQ office, you will contribute to an agile, supportive, customer-centric team whose goal is to provide reports timely and on an accurate basis.

_Northwest Designs Ink_ is an industry leader in on-site merchandising of event specific apparel and memorabilia at High School Sporting Events.
Working closely with the event hosting groups we supply competitions/tournaments with event Merchandise on site.
*Duties and Responsibilities* include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
* Processes incoming regional event reports including validating reported sales amounts.

* Maintains accurate sales and accounting records.
\*
* Analyzes and validates event income receipts and expenses.
\*
* Interprets financial reporting and identify anomalies.
\*
* Tracks 1099 and year end form generation.
\*
* Maintains an accurate database entry.
\*
* Assists customers in a calm and professional manner.
\*
* Projects as directed by company management.
* Maintains office files.
* Processes and distributes daily mail both incoming and outgoing.
* Helps Perform HR responsibilities.
* Payroll processing and reporting.
* Payroll taxes (Federal & State).
* Monthly and quarterly excise tax reporting.
*Qualifications:*
* Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
* 2-3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to learn and utilize additional industry standard software applications.
* Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of self-motivation, accountability, and responsibility
* Goal-oriented with the ability to meet company and departmental goals
* Able to guide the successful completion of programs / projects with minimal guidance and able to meet strict deadlines
* Dependable and able to maintain good attendance track record
* Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
*Compensation and Benefits*
* $30 per hour (DOE)
* Five paid holidays per year after 30 days
