POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Work under the direction of the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, develop, prepare and maintain complex, high-quality presentations and reports for UWMedicine, the University governing boards and executive leadership
Opportunity to collaborate across multiple business lines
Serve in a unique position of providing strategic and tactical support for the operational and financial integration within UWMedicine
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
This individual is a key member of the Finance Team, working very closely with the UWM Finance Performance Analytics and Financial Planning Teams to provide relevant, high quality analytical and presentation development in support of UW Medicine's strategic and financial goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 6 years experience in financial analysis with progressively greater responsibility for preparing complex financial analysis and presentation materials
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance; current in new regulations and trends is required
Exceptional skill level in using presentation and visualization applications such as PowerPoint, Spotfire or Tableau is required
Strong skill with Costing, Budgeting and General Ledger applications as well as supporting software programs, including Excel, Word and Access is required
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements
