We are seeking a self-motivated and resourceful Staff Accountant that will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and projects.
The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, be customer-service oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.

*Responsibilities*
* Processing payroll & managing employee benefits
* Quarterly & annual payroll report filing
* Accounts payable
* Accounts receivable
* Account reconciliation
* Filing & organizing accounting related documents
* Updating vendor contact information
* Maintaining files on our internal server
* Respond to client/vendor inquiries related to AP/AR
* Process Mail (mail is almost all AP & AR related)
* Administer utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, etc.
) on all owned properties
* Assist with overflow, special projects and day-to-day tasks as needed or assign.
*Competencies*
* Proficient with QuickBooks
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Highly detailed with strong organizational skills
* Strong computer, email, scheduling, typing, presentations and mobile technology skills
* High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
* Ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal direction
* Bachelor’s degree a plus
* Strong ownership, communication and partnering skills
* Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $70,000.
