Ralph's Concrete Pumping Inc.
has been providing the Pacific Northwest with quality concrete pumping rentals since 1965.
We are in search of a highly skilled full charge bookkeeper to handle our multiple companies utilizing Spectrum/Viewpoint and Quickbooks.
In joining our Seattle accounting team, this role will manage the full cycle accounts payable for Ralph’s Concrete utilizing Spectrum/Viewpoint.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks for our other entities to include processing AR, AP, and Payroll weekly using ADP.
Must have experience and understanding of accounting principles.
*Skills*
* 5+ years hands on experience AP, AR, General Ledger & Bank Statement Reconciliation.
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite *(specifically Excel)* required.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Data entry skills along with a passion for numbers.
* Motivated self-starter with initiative, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
* Must possess excellent organization skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, have good time-management skills, be flexible and adapt to changes in policies or procedures.
* Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
* Experience with Spectrum/Viewpoint is a plus but not required.
*Responsibilities*
* Timely and accurate processing of all transactions for multiple entities.
* Ensure all recurring payments are paid on schedule.
* Reconcile credit card statements and create expense reports within Excel.
* Respond to vendor and management inquiries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
00 - $68,000.
