POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead forecasting efforts for our cloud infrastructure spend and operating costs, with a keen focus on headcount planning.
You will partner with business leaders, monitor actual results, and drive strategic insights to optimize business outcomes.
We need someone who is comfortable operating independently and has a strong foundation in data analysis, financial modeling and reporting, and has the interpersonal chops to partner and problem solve with leadership.

AREA OF FOCUS
Plans and forecasts cloud infrastructure spend and operating costs, with a significant emphasis on personnel and related costs.
Partners with business leaders to analyze trends, perform financial forecasts, and understand and report on variances.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and department leaders to support business initiatives and drive business outcomes.
Provides support in monthly reporting cadence, including presentations for senior management and board of directors.
Builds and maintains Finance reports within BI tool (currently Amazon QuickSight)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Work Experience
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, with a focus on headcount planning
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Occasional travel to our headquarters in Fort Collins, CO
RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Additional Experience
Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics tools
Knowledge of FinTech and the payments industry
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (if applicable)
