Job Detail:
The Financial Accountant/Analyst is a hybrid role responsible for the accurate and timely completion of home office accounting and financial statement preparation.
In addition, the position will support the daily activities of the Financial Planning & Analysis department.
The ideal candidate should be an analytical, detail-oriented, independent thinker who can identify anomalies and imagine solutions.
Salary: $60,000-$75,000/yearly
What Cascade Living Looks for in Financial Accountant/Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related fields
2 or more years of relevant experience with progressive advancement
Strong technical skills (excellent Excel skills required)
Experience using multi-entity property management software such as Yardi.
Data analysis and financial planning experience
Understanding of Intercompany transactions
What you can expect to do as a Financial Accountant/Analyst for Cascade Living:
Responsible for the accounting function of the Home Office
Review and analyze financial statements
Assist with the month-end close process
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with annual budget preparation
Assist with external audits of financial statements, worker’s comp, and 401K
Assist financial planning and analysis manager with projects
