*Job Title:* Financial Analyst
*Location:* Seattle, WA
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Engage in detailed financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
* Develop financial models for decision support and conduct variance analyses to identify trends for performance enhancement.
* Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and guide cost analysis processes.
* Generate actionable insights through trend analysis, forecasts, and comparative analyses to optimize financial performance.
* Spearhead the creation of automated reporting/forecasting tools and perform market research, data mining, and business intelligence tasks.
* Support valuation, planning, and forecasting through financial models, and participate in capital budgeting and expenditure planning.
*Competencies Needed:*
* Results-oriented professional with strong mathematical skills and a knack for financial forecasting.
* Exceptional presentation and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (both written and oral).
* Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and a robust understanding of financial instruments.
* High integrity, excellent organizational skills, and a professional demeanor.
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in finance or accounting.
* Proven ability to build relationships and effectively interact with senior executives.
* Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel formulas and functions.
