Collection Representative *We are currently seeking a full-time reliable collections agent!* Renton Collections has been in business since 1981 serving the PNW region.
We have become one of the largest collection agencies in King County and one of the most competitive in Washington state.

· Communicating calmly with consumers who may be upset or hostile · Call consumers to secure payments on delinquent accounts · Be compliant with state and federal collections laws (FDCPA) · Meet monthly goals · Participate in educational activities *Minimum Qualifications:* · Complete a full-time shift \* No prior collections experience is required, we offer paid training\* · Medical claims experience is a plus · Ability to multi-task in a production environment · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge and adapt to changes · Ability to multitask · Computer proficiency · Professional phone etiquette · Being familiar with the FDCPA and HIPAA is a plus · Negotiation skills · Strong desire to achieve goals · Must be self-motivated · Applicant must be able to pass a background check · Strong work ethic is a plus *\*\*\*\*Serious inquiries only\*\*\*\** _We are an equal opportunity employer.
