Freight Cost Controller

• Freight Cost Controlling - Approve freight AP batches and reconcile freight accounts transactions - Create Journal Entries for monthly closing (Accruals) - Plan Fiscal year budget - Report Freight FC / actuals on a monthly basis - Work with commodity manager and logistics team to check cost rates change • Consignment Inventory Controlling - Update monthly inventory status report and match system inventory count against suppliers’ - Review meeting with Procurement team to review monthly inventory status and discuss action items • Aging Purchase Order GR/IR Issue Controlling - Release monthly open PO status report to Procurement team - Day-to-day follow-up meeting with Logistics & Procurement team to resolve aging PO issues - Work with Procurement team and vendors for invoice issue cases - Check invoice payment status and work with AP team to resolve outstanding invoices (reverse & repost request) - Hold a monthly meeting with Procurement to review issues and open action items to mitigate outstanding cases Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $30.
