The work for this position is performed on-site at our Seattle Headquarters location.

These include processing all final accountings for approval by a Shareholder, processing all trust disbursements including releases from trust, facilitating and processing ACH payments to clients, and emailing any requests for the client trust ledger and attorney trust account listings.
Requirements: In this position, you will: Create, process, and review settlement accountings; Draft various types of communication for clients, health care providers, and staff; Check processing for trust disbursements; Prepare various trust reports, including client trust ledgers, trust check reports, and attorney trust account statements; Ad hoc projects, reports, and analysis as needed by management.
Qualified candidates should have experience including: Strong time management and prioritization skills; High attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to function during peak volume periods; Outstanding communication skills both internally and externally; Ability to work exceptionally within a diverse culture; Extremely reliable with regards to attendance and adherence to deadlines; Ability to maintain regular attendance and consistently meet deadlines by being present in the office daily - remote work is unavailable for this role due to its nature.

GLP Attorneys determines the compensation for positions using local, national, and industry-specific data.
We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wages in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our firm.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth.
Compensation will be based on the applicant's location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills.
An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
The hourly base pay range for a non-exempt Trust Accounting Clerk in Western Washington is $27.
00 - $30.
00/hour.

GLP Attorneys sponsors 90% of the employee premium for those enrolled on the HSA medical plan ($3k deductible), 75% for the base plan ($1k deductible), and 75% for the buy-up plan ($750 deductible).
The firm sponsors 25% of all medical dependent coverage.
GLP Attorneys sponsors 75% of the employee premium for those enrolled on the vision plan and 25% for those enrolled on a dental plan.
Employees are responsible for the premiums for dependent coverage on the vision and dental plans.
