*Reports to:* Chief Financial Officer
Will also work closely with Senior Accounting Team Members
*Duties:*
· Create monthly dashboards of key financial metrics for owners and leadership team
· Analyze and summarize key vessel and shipyard financial accounts
· Track budget to actual variances for major vessel refits and reactivations, including assisting project engineers with monitoring cost commitments and utilization of shipyard labor, materials, and subcontractors.
· Assist CFO with
* Modeling and structuring acquisition and disposition scenarios
* Preparation of annual budgets, compensation and bonus review packets, and periodic cash flow forecasts.
* Reporting and management of banking and lender relationships
* Contract review and management
* Owner distribution calculations
* Management of company real estate holdings
*Requirements:*
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varied stakeholders
· Proven ability to visualize and simplify financial data
· Strong written communication skills with experience addressing executives, counsel and regulatory agencies
· Strong Excel skills
· CPA, Masters in Accounting and/or industry experience preferred
· Past experience in real estate, private equity, or public accounting is preferred
*Compensation: *$80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience plus 15% bonus potential, 3 weeks’ vacation, strong benefit package, and hybrid work environment
