Camden Gardens is seeking a full time Accounting Assistant who has 1-2 years experience with A/P, A/R & other administrative tasks (filing, backup phones, etc.
).
Must be highly competent & accurate, MS-Office & Excel skills required.

* Match work orders, packing slips, & estimates to actual invoice received
* Review monthly vendor statements; request missing invoices from vendors
* Filing
* Enter, process & distribute monthly customer invoices
* Contact customers regarding past due invoices
* Maintain/update customer information in Quickbooks
* File all customer documents daily (invoices, purchase orders, contracts)
* Provide backup phone support daily, provide additional administrative support, as needed, to Sales & Operations teams (filing/copying, typing proposals)
Skills/Requirements
* 1 year experience with QuickBooks;
* Proficient with MS-Office and Excel
* Minimum 1 years of billing experience
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong client service skills (internal and external)
Location: Georgetown
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday (no weekends)
Compensation: Hourly, depends on experience
Job Type: Full-time
