Tech-savviness is crucial due to our reliance on cloud-based tools and technology in our day-to-day project management.
(Google Suite, Slack, Wrike) A background check will be performed.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of print production experience and solid traffic management in an advertising agency environment.
Proven track record in purchasing and project management within an agency or print production shop.
Note: Advertising agency experience is a non-negotiable.
Printing shop management experience combined with other serious project management experience is also an option.
• While a college degree is not mandatory, we seek a Production Manager with substantial work experience equivalent to the demands of the role, showcasing a proven track record of successful production management in a related field.
• Vendor negotiations and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
The Google Suite.
Wrike project management suite is a big bonus!

Responsibilities: This position reports to the agency Studio Manager and VP of Creative Studio.
The Production Manager is responsible for all aspects of production, purchasing and execution of client marketing programs.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Project Management:
• Oversee execution of client marketing programs, including direct mail campaigns, brochures, print advertising, social media and email campaigns.
• Work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee quality and competitive pricing.
Data Management:
• Input project specifications into the internal project management system (Wrike).
• Maintain key data points, including customer quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
Execution:
• Ensure projects meet contract-specified timelines, budget requirements, and quality standards.
• Attend press checks, with or without clients, ensuring effective management of the process.
Client Liaison:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as you support the account executive team with some proof routing, ensuring smooth workflow and handoffs.
• Provide high-quality customer service and relevant status updates.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Problem Solving:
• Identify and develop programmatic solutions that are beneficial and economical for clients and 3rdPlus.
Reporting:
• Assist Account Managers in compiling account and project updates for presentations.
• Collaborate on results reports with the account team to report performance to clients.
Diverse Product Handling:
• Manage complex and diverse product-type categories, including print, display advertising, and other communications.
