*General Duties*
* Primarily answer in-bound calls from consumers that received paperwork from our Firm
* Place friendly out-bound reminder calls
* Accurately update our database to reflect the current state of the account in detail
* Remain compliant with all applicable policies and procedures set by the company and our clients, as well as adhere to applicable laws (e.
g.
FDCPA & Reg F, TCPA, etc.
)
* Return calls to consumers in a timely fashion
* Remain professional and respectful with consumers at all times

* Base pay $17/hour + tiered bonus structure, where you earn a greater percentage of what you collect, the more you collect
* Bonuses are highly lucrative and attainable
* Bonuses have no limit
* Medical, dental and vision are offered at 60 days employment
