*Key Responsibilities* * Ensure proper accounting of general ledger transactions.
· Understand the project and its requirements, determine key cost components and customer contract agreements, and be able to create the invoice.
* Process daily and weekly accounts payable vouchers.
· Gather first-hand information from projects/operations and vendors to develop and document a project financial overview.
· Project invoicing and cash flow tracking.
Track and report utilization KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis · Ensure compliance with legislative regulations and corporate policies and procedures.
* Assist in analytical reviews as required, including researching variances between actual expense activities and budgets/forecasts.
* Play a key role in month-end closing and preparation of periodic reporting schedules and disclosures for monthly, quarterly, and year-end review and audit processes.
* Assist accounting and finance personnel in the resolution of accounting-related issues.
* Execute assigned controls (Sarbanes-Oxley compliance).
* Track and report utilization KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis.

*Education & Experience* The requirements below represent knowledge, skill, and/or ability.

* Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA) in Finance, Accounting, or related Business field from a four-year college or university; or at least one (1) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Certified Public Accountant credential is a bonus.
*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities* * Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
· Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
* High degree of flexibility and customer service attitude, particularly the ability to collaborate with business contacts and explain accounting concepts.
* Layperson's understanding of contract legal terms and conditions.
· Organization/time management and prioritization skills.
* Interpersonal, communication, and analytic skills.
* Mandarin is a plus.

*Business Travel* * This position requires little to no business travel.
