Hauser Jones & Sas is hiring an Office Manager to assist our firm of 45+ Partners, Manager, and Staff in our Bellevue, WA office.
This position is full-time in office.
Office Management experience with a CPA Firm and Human Resource experience is a plus.
Pay: $67k -$95k Annual Salary Office Manager Duties: Responsible for planning, organizing, communicating, and directing the day-to-day operations of the Bellevue office.
Perform HR duties including participating in interviews, organize employee onboarding, and assist with personnel issues.
Communicate and interpret firm policies and procedures to all employees.
Work closely with partners on firm-wide policy setting and problem solving.
Report directly to the Managing Partner keeping her informed of project progress and ensure projects are developing according to partner expectations.
Assist Controller in review of employee time sheets and expense reports, monthly statements, deposits, open enrollment communications, and running reports.
Act as liaison for IT issues.
Oversee CPE enrollment, tracking, and submit for licenses and peer review.
Oversee office parties, fun committee activities, and staff meetings.
Manage vendor contacts, negotiate equipment contracts, control of furniture, equipment, and supply purchases.
Maintain an efficient filing system.
Responsible for various clerical duties including answering telephone calls, making appointments, greeting clients, distributing mail, and general client correspondence.
Responsible for delegating and supervising the timely completion of projects to administrative staff.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: Minimum of 3 year’s experience in similar position.
CPA firm experience a plus.
High school diploma/GED or higher, secondary education preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Tax and Axcess, Suralink, and DocuSign a plus.
Must have reliable form of transportation.
