Bookkeeping firm looking for Bookkeeping onboarding manager (bellevue)

We are a small bookkeeping firm based in downtown Bellevue; We work with about 300 small business clients across the country, mostly in tech and services.
We leverage technology, some internal and some off the shelf, to deliver high-quality, high-touch services to our clients who are early-stage and mostly angel investor funded.
As we are adding 5-10 clients a week, we need a person to come in and help set these new clients up for success.
This person's job will be to initially reconcile all the books and set up the procedures for the monthly bookkeepers to be successful.
We have had success hiring parents who drop kids off before 9 a.
m.
and pick them up after 2 p.
m.
and want to do some bookkeeping work during the day to pass the time and make money in a professional environment.
We pride ourselves in supporting each other to make that mid-day PTA meeting while making the clients feel like their accounting team is just a text or email away.
During COVID, we were pretty much fully remote but now have a big office with lots of space to spread out, even onto an outside covered patio.
This is not a fully work-from-home position, but we can be flexible as to when and where working hours are.

com -Gusto -Experience with financial statements -experience closing books This is a part-time to Full-time position with 20-30 hours per week in the office.
