Job Summary The Project Accountant will be responsible for closing assigned projects in a timely matter and will work independently and within a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed.
· Generate monthly reports to determine projects to close · Coordinate with Engineers and Procurement on projects · Run reconciliation reports for projects to be closed · Perform project close process · Generate monthly journals Qualifications: 1+ year(s) of data entry experience required Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word Nice to have MS Project knowledge, but not required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations · Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines · Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills · Ability to work within critical deadlines · Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules · Ability to provide excellent customer service Work Authorization Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US for any employer.
