In Accounts Payable Specialist you can expect to:
Vendor management support - onboarding, compliance tracking, communication
Data Entry
Process invoices
Bill collecting
Other admin duties as assigned
Accounts Payable Requirements:
2-3 years of AP experience in a corporate structure
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accosting/ Finance
Ability to collaborate well with a small team
Proficient with MS Office
Comfortability learning new software
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $31.
65/hr
Location: This is a REMOTE position! However, the role will require a few days of in-person training in Kirkland, WA.
