The Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis will partner across different Windows finance teams in developing a robust reporting infrastructure and help in providing insights in to Windows business.

Responsibilities
Oversee and deliver timely and accurate financial forecasting, close and budgeting information
Improve efficiency and effectiveness of core finance activities and reporting through automation, process excellence and detailed analytics
Partner with Windows finance teams and Finance Data and Experiences in defining and building reporting tools
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and data support for business teams and finance leadership
Manage multiple projects and deliverables seamlessly and effectively in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
OR equivalent experience.
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is USD $72,800 - $144,000 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,100 - $157,900 per year.
