Senior Analyst, Finance
About the Role:
The Senior Analyst, Finance is a foundational member of a broader international team tasked with supporting the finance & accounting functions as well as many others throughout the business including, Product & Engineering, Commercial - Sales & Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, IT, and the executive leadership team.
You can expect to quickly become an owner of critical initiatives such as business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, revenue & variance analysis, and strategic ad-hoc projects.

Paid parental and adoption leave Compensation Range: $110,000 - $120,000, depending on location.
Compensation ranges are determined by role and location.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
What You'll Do: Business Partnering: collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the business to promote financial literacy and alignment with the Company's financial and strategic goals Strategic Finance: Provide financial analysis on a regular basis to drive strategic decisions and drive organization and departmental initiatives through budgetary goals Financial Analysis: Perform revenue and expense trend analysis and prepare spreadsheets, graphs and charts to help illustrate financial trends Process Optimization: Participate in the development of a regular forecasting and analysis process.
Document policies and procedures regarding the process with an aim for continuous improvement Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and subsequent forecasts Forecasting: Prepare revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts as well as long-term financial models Variance Analysis: Monitor actual performance against operating budget and provide variance explanations Systems Mastery: Leverage existing systems to most efficiently and effectively drive results; Scope and propose new tools to enhance productivity and engagement; Opportunity to become subject matter expert Special / ad hoc projects as assigned; Opportunity to work directly with executives and leadership on highly impactful and meaningful initiatives What You'll Bring: A desire to learn and grow through a demonstrated history of intellectual curiosity and pursuit of personal and professional growth A bias for action to drive results and a sense of urgency A collaborative approach to building relationships and partnering throughout the business Strong attention to detail while maintaining a sense of "what matters" Excellent problem-solving skills including and the ability to work through ambiguity A self-starter with the desire to work on a mission-driven team with a positive, can-do attitude Strong written, presentation, and verbal skills, including experience with executive / Board Of Directors level audiences Exhibit a high degree of professionalism, business judgment, tact, and diplomacy Education and Experience: Successful completion of an undergraduate degree 5+ years of progressive advancement in a finance, accounting, business intelligence, or other analytical role Demonstrated history of success through teamwork Investment banking or management consulting experience a plus Experience working in a private-equity portfolio environment a plus Experience or demonstrated interest in software, SaaS, payments, tech-enabled services a plus Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this role, the associate is regularly required to stand or sit, reach, bend, and move about the facility.
Facility is a normal office environment with variation of temperature and lighting.
