Salary Range: $78,300 to $95,700 / year

As an ideal candidate, you will deliver value-added business analyses and define and report insightful financial and operational metrics that lead to sound business decision-making.
The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for budget development, budget to actual reporting and reconciliation, business case development, reconciliation of accounts.

_ *What You'll Do:* * Perform revenue and expense trend analysis and prepare spreadsheets, graphs and charts to help illustrate financial trends * Prepare revenue and expense forecasts as well as long-term financial models * Prepare cash flow projections * Provide financial analysis on a regular basis to drive strategic decisions and drive organization and departmental initiatives through budgetary goals * Participate in the development of a regular forecasting and analysis process.
Document policies and procedures regarding the process * Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget * Monitor actual performance against operating budget and provide variance explanations * Monitor and meet all deadlines and respond to all inquiries from management on departmental and company related forecast information * Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects * Special projects as assigned * Demonstrate a clear understanding of financial results, including detailed variance analysis to budget, prior forecast, and prior year.
Identifies key business drivers * Provide insight on financial risks and opportunities towards company's goals across multiple functional areas * Act as a financial liaison for business or functional leaders * Gain an understanding of Company's business, products, and industry * Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy *What You'll Bring:* * Minimum 3-5 years of finance/accounting or business intelligence experience with excellent analytical skills * Advanced Excel experience, with proficiency in financial modeling including P&L's * Experience with database tools such as MS Access preferred * Experience in a BI and presentation systems, like Tableau * Solid proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel * Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills * Experience with accessing data in multiple systems using APIs is helpful * FP&A experience at a SaaS company is preferred * Ability to handle workload under time pressure and strict deadlines * Ability to work closely with all levels of staff, including executive management * Ability to keep highly sensitive information confidential * Flexible and able to quickly adapt to a dynamic business and market environment * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics * MBA or public accounting experience is helpful Pushpay is committed to equal opportunity.
