Accounts Receivable Associate

North West Handling Systems, Inc.
the Northwest's leading material handling distributor is seeking a self-motivated, energetic individual to assist our corporate accounting department.
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
Successful candidates should display a positive attitude, ability to prioritize, multitask and be a strong communicator.
Responsibilities Include: -Assists Collection Manager with monthly aging -Collection calls as necessary -Reconcile customer accounts -Invoice data entry.
-Provides customer service for all accounts receivable inquiries.
-Nightly sales tax review for pending invoices -Preparation of various types of billings including credit memos and tax adjustments.
-Process credit card payments -Maintenance of customer tax certificates.
-Provides customer account statements as requested.
-Assists with various accounting reports as needed.
STARTING PAY: $24.
00-$27.
