Ideal Candidate: Highly skilled in reviewing and preparing plan financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations for complex investments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounting data and financial reporting Proficient in reviewing and preparing regulatory filings and other required materials related to employee benefit plans Experienced in leading support for external audits of employee benefit Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret new company directives, contracts, and accounting and regulatory requirements, and successfully implement changes to processes and controls Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables Ability to think critically, analyze situations, and provide optimal solutions to complex problems Position Responsibilities: Leads and oversees the Company's Subsidiary Retirement and Health and Welfare plan audits Prepares financial statements and other supporting documentation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Prepares the annual Department of Labor Form 5500's and other regulatory filings Works directly with the plans, auditors, trustees, recordkeepers and other internal and external business partners Assists the subsidiaries with audit and benefit compliance questions with the help of Boeing Legal and Compliance Establishes, monitors, maintains and/or reviews internal control systems and documentation for compliance Assists with the booking and/or reviewing of monthly journal entries and reconciliations This position is hybrid.
This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.
