Position: Account Specialist
Location: First Hill, Seattle, WA
Shift: Mon 8a to 4p - Full Time
Pay Rate: $23/hour
As an Accounting Specialist.
you will be responsible for general bookkeeping activities in the office to include preparation, review, and maintenance of records.
Provide accounting and administrative support by performing the following duties:
Account Specialist/ Bookkeeper Essential Functions

• Manage collections for accounts on file
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner
• Answering all calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Support the maintenance and upkeep of the garage
• Assist Mobility Specialist as needed
Required Education and Experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in general bookkeeping experience
• Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
• 18 Years of Age
• Valid Driver’s License
