Selling the best logo and merchandise in professional sports inside new Climate Pledge Arena.
Assist store leadership with daily administrative tasks including, opening and closing the store and following all applicable procedures.
*Responsibilities*
* Ability to sell product and provide exceptional level of customer service with every customer interaction.
* Assist in maintaining back stock room and replenishing merchandise on sales floor.
* Lead and promote team to increase store sales and overall productivity.
* Responsible for properly opening and closing the store, ensuring procedures are executed correctly.
* Effectively maintain the store's security alarm system and demonstrate capability with enabling and disabling the alarm when necessary and always preserving confidentiality with security codes.
* Assist management with enforcing store policies and keep staff focused on daily initiatives and objectives.
* Maintain overall store cleanliness and visual presentation by merchandising new product and refreshing visual displays.
* Effectively operate retail cloud systems including point-of-sale operating system, back-office retail software and catalog.
* Lead with a positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to help the team.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Ability to represent the organization professionally and positively, maintaining extreme discretion and confidentiality.
* Possess strong visual merchandising ability.
* Must possess strong written and verbal communication, capable of effectively explaining reasoning and process behind decisions or policies and handling sensitive situations with professionalism and integrity.
* Exemplifies a collaborative approach with management, team members, vendors, and guests.
* Embodies respect and tact with other's contributions.
* Commitment to outstanding sales and customer service.
* Must be able to work games and assigned events including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
*Requirements*
* High school diploma or GED preferred or required.
Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered.
* A minimum of 1 year merchandising experience in an apparel environment preferred.
