Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington.
In this role, you will help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
The Accounts Payable Clerk will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of the General Ledger and all A/P accounts and sub-accounts.
Codes invoices in A/P Trac for payment.
Processes invoices received in the mail or from department managers via email.
Matches invoices received with Purchasing Manager’s receiving records.
Seeks manager approval for payment if there is no PO.
Creates and maintains vendor profiles.
Creates upload and processes invoices for subcontractors/NPO and checks with Operations Manager on a monthly basis for payment information.
Responds to questions and makes calls regarding billing problems.
Researches and resolves payment discrepancies.
Assists with month end A/P close.
Monitors Seattle Accounting email for any incoming invoices or vendor questions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Payable required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work on site.
This is not a remote position.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to perform a volume of numerical detail work with speed and accuracy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to understand and follow complex instructions.
Analytical, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Must be at least 18 years old.
