Moss Adams is currently seeking State and Local Tax Interns for 2024.
Our interns gain knowledge of the firm's Tax practices through working with multiple clients across a variety of industries.
State & Local Tax Interns participate in performing state and local tax compliance reviews, analyze tax controversies, research and draft technical memoranda regarding income and franchise tax issues, and much more.

Required qualifications:
Must have completed or be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, Accounting, Master of Tax or JD/LLM preferred
If an accounting major, MUST meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon full-time hire in the state of employment
Eligible candidates must have academic courses remaining at the end of the internship; Candidates in year three of a 4-year degree program, or in year four of a 5-year program, preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.

Compensation Range: California (excluding Greater Bay Area): $33/hr - $37/hr Washington State (excluding Greater Seattle Area): $30/hr - $35.
50/hr Greater Seattle Area - Seattle, Everett, Tacoma: $34hr/ - $35.
50/hr Colorado: $31/hr - $33/hr
