As a senior financial analyst – Risk and compliance, you will assist with execution of projects to assess risks, design internal controls and risk mitigation processes, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
As a senior financial analyst – Risk and Compliance, you will…
Conduct audit activities to ensure appropriate mitigation of enterprise risks and to assess compliance against key contractual terms.
Identify and analyze risks affecting the business, utilizing financial modeling and other analytical skills.
Provide and explain operational and financial risk and compliance related information effectively to all levels of management.
Facilitate process development and propose control enhancements to enhance risk mitigation across the organization.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
Performing financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning and financial reporting (5+ years)
Using electronic financial modeling skills (2+ years)
Presenting financial analysis and recommendations to a business unit leader (3+ years)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
Advanced financial modeling skills
Working knowledge of financial and management accounting principles
