Responsibilities: Research and analysis of international tax provisions effecting corporations, partnerships, and individuals International tax structuring for our clients as they expand their business across borders Assistance with the preparation of transfer pricing analyses detailing intercompany transactions such as services, tangible property, intangible property, and loans.
Responding to inquiries from taxing authorities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required or related field preferred; Master’s in Tax preferred Minimum of 2 years of related experience required CPA, bar membership or equivalent credential preferred.
If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment Previous experience within a public accounting, law firm or equivalent preferred Previous International Tax consulting experience preferred Developing proficiency in international tax concepts for both inbound and outbound applications preferred Experience with corporate, S corporation, and partnership taxation preferred Excellent customer service skills internal and external Creative problem solving and research skills Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently Highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for personal growth and development Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects Presentation skills and strong organizational techniques Proficient with Microsoft Office Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% Here, you’ll be challenged and rewarded for leadership, technical excellence, and inspired perspectives.
