We are a small, growing firm in the Seattle area.
We are looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team.

This position is for remote work but the candidate must live in the Seattle area.
Primary Duties:
Assist in maintaining accurate and timely financial records for our clients
Assist with Excise and Payroll Taxes
Assist with Payroll
Assist in general bookkeeping duties
Required Qualifications:
Attention to detail is an absolute must
Dependable and Honest
Effective communication skills
Ability to wear multiple hats
Must be able to effectively work in a very fast paced environment
Accounting Degree or 5 plus years experience in bookkeeping
Proficient in QuickBooks
Proficient in data entry, to include 10 key
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Firm understanding of bookkeeping principals
Strong and proven organization skills
Ability to work independently
Ideal Qualifications:
Excise and Payroll Tax filing experience
Payroll Processing experience
A positive and professional attitude
Desire to take on more work as needed
