Introduction to the team
Within TSG, the International Tax team helps clients understand the global tax consequences of their operations.
These business advisors specialize in solutions that span effective tax rate planning, transfer pricing, transaction services, supply chain and IP planning, controversy and compliance support, export incentives, and global mobility.

Responsibilities:
Research and analysis of international tax provisions effecting corporations, partnerships, and individuals
Calculations of foreign tax credits, subpart F income, foreign source income, and other international tax computations
Assistance with the preparation of transfer pricing analyses detailing intercompany transactions such as services, tangible property, intangible property, and loans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Accounting or related field preferred; Master’s in Tax preferred
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
CPA, bar membership or equivalent credential preferred.
If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment
Previous experience in public accounting preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Creative problem solving and research skills
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
Highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for personal growth and development
Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
