This job contributes to Starbucks success by reviewing and resolving invoice submission discrepancies accurately and within SLA.
The role requires an ability to work independently and have a great attention to detail.
As a senior service delivery rep, you will…
• Resolve exceptions in our document center that are preventing extraction to Ariba.
• Manually process invoices in Oracle, through both our document center and our specialty desk.
• Cross train on electronic invoice processing to provide back-up assistance when necessary.
We’d love to hear from people with:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years accounting experience or high school diploma and 5 years in accounting.
• Functional knowledge and understanding of ERP systems with 2-3 years’ experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
