The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or a minimum of 5- 7 years of relative professional experience.
Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and FINRA and SEC rules and regulations pertaining to financial reporting Successful completion of the FINRA General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communications and human relation skills.
Ability to function in an automated accounting environment.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work effectively within in strict time constraints.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Follow policies and procedures.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Communicate in a clear and service oriented manner.
Use appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and information.
Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients.

Davidson Trust Company (DTC), Davidson Investment Advisors (DIA), and Davidson Fixed Income Management (DFIM).
Prepare financial statements and footnotes for the annual independent auditors report for DTC.
Supply supporting documentation for balances for the other Davidson Companies.
Reconcile various receivable and payable accounts for proper allocation, accrual and recognition of expenses and revenues.
Prepare various monthly and quarterly regulatory filings for the Office of Thrift Supervision for both DTC and D.

Track various balances and financial ratios to ensure DTC remain compliant with OTS’ regulatory financial requirements needed to retain OTS thrift lender status.
Coordinate work with DTC and DIA personnel on the monthly and quarterly fee billings to ensure accurate accounting for fees billed and fees collected, as well as fee revenues recognized.
Review and approve property assessments and property tax billings as prepared by the county taxing authorities for all D.
