Salal Credit Union of Seattle, WA is looking to hire a full-time Business Banking Support Specialist to provide stellar customer service to our Business Banking members.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS BANKING SUPPORT SPECIALIST As a member of the Business Banking operations team, you play a vital role in ensuring our business member accounts receive knowledgeable, prompt, and professional service.
You will answer incoming inquiries and requests from current and prospective members by phone and e-mail while balancing a variety of tasks and communications.
You maintain a working knowledge of all products and services in order to provide accurate and timely information to our members upon request.
Assisting members with online banking questions or password resets serves as an additional member touchpoint that allows you to provide an exceptional member service experience.
Team collaboration and communication is vital in this fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUSINESS BANKING SUPPORT SPECIALIST 3+ years of customer service or banking experience.
Ability to interact positively with co-workers, management, and the public.
Excellent customer service skills.
Comfortable speaking on the phone and sending professional communications via e-mail.
Flexibility and ability to navigate frequent change in policies, procedures, and systems.
Desire to learn and grow your skills with the Business Banking team.
Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Can you balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management? Do you enjoy helping people? Are you detail-oriented? WORK SCHEDULE This full-time position works a typical schedule of either 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (with a 1 hour lunch break) or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 30 minute lunch break) Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
This is a hybrid remote position, with local candidates working 1-2 days per week out of our Northgate Headquarters.
What we Offer: Competitive base salary of $21.
17-29.
64 per hour, depending on experience.
This range reflects the entire salary range for the position.
Most candidates can expect to receive an offer between $22.
00- $25.
00 per hour, depending on experience.
Ability to earn additional compensation through our profit-sharing bonus program.
This position qualifies for the employee tier of the program with annual payouts totaling 0-8% of annual salary when company performance is sufficient for payout.
Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance.
Our high deductible plan options include a health savings account (HSA) with annual company-paid contributions.
Time off plans include vacation, sick, and holiday time.
