About the role: As a Platform Business Manager, you will use your communication, operational, strategy, analytical, and financial skills.
You will be responsible for owning key tenets of our Platform operating model, enabling the Platform team to move with velocity, make data driven decisions, and be fully informed team-members.
This is a highly visible position, and you will need to have exceptional drive and energy, experience defining and driving team operational mechanisms, solid data-analytics skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, hands-on experience in banking or financial services, strategy, and the organizational agility to influence decisions.
You will be working with all levels of the organization to deliver on our Platform strategies and objectives.
Location: Seattle, WA What you will be doing: Partner with Platform leadership team via tactical and strategic assistance to help drive top business objectives and ensure the broader FIS executive team is well-informed Define, launch and own key operating model mechanisms by which we run the organization Support the Platform team by outlining and tracking key input metrics across the team, and create executive dashboards that transparently show progress towards top objectives Act as a cultural pillar for the team, creating and driving communications and transparency best practices to inform the team as we grow in size and complexity Act as a local extension between Platform leadership and support teams by working on joint projects and managing communication between teams Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhanced efficiencies Work with the Platform team to make visually appealing and engaging presentations focused on sharing ideas, demoing products, landing strategies, and updating executives What you will need: Experience defining and owning key operational mechanisms, i.

The pay range for this full-time position is $157,330.
00 - $264,320.
00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
