URGENT Hire - Full Charge AppFolio Book Keeper (South Seattle)

We are seeking a Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper with AppFolio.
This is a hybrid position, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain financial records using AppFolio software Process all A/P, A/R, Payroll, cash flow Financial statement preparation May need to answer phones, working with tenants and vendors QUALIFICATIONS Must have full charge Bookkeeper experience Must be proficient with AppFolio, Excel and Quickbook software Must be familiar with CAM reconciliations Must be able to read and implement lease terms Must be local in Western Washington State URGENT Hiring!!!
