We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team.

As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Conduct regular account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- CPA designation is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in using accounting software Spectrum/Viewpoint a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial report writing and analysis
- Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
