Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Learning Resources, the Program Coordinator (Course Evaluator) administers evaluation software to successfully manage and run faculty evaluations in accordance with faculty contract and in cooperation with the Academic Divisions.
The Program Coordinator position also plans, creates, develops, and facilitates trainings based on various topics dependent on college needs and in cooperation with subject matter experts and outside entities.
This position also supports additional programs such as the student laptop checkout program, and others as needed.
The Program Coordinator will interact with all departments across campus which include Shoreline administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
Work is performed in alignment with institutional policies and procedures, and Learning Resources goals.
Essential Job Duties: Works with all Academic Divisions across campus to define, track, and administer faculty evaluations to required faculty every quarter.
Serves as system administrator for evaluation softwares; including data integrity, accuracy, and integration stability.
Investigates, troubleshoots, repairs bugs, and resolves evaluation application and functionality errors/issues with the integrated applications including Learning Management System (LMS), ctcLink (PeopleSoft), and other related/integrated applications and systems.
Attend meetings and trainings as program representative.
Communicates with administrators, faculty, staff, and students about evaluation deadlines each quarter.
Serves as single point of contact for administrators, faculty, staff, and students for evaluation software questions and the evaluation process and procedures.
Liaison between Technology Support Services, Business Analysts, LMS Administrator and evaluation software support.
Analyzes business process issues and/or problems and provides assistance to system users; conducts research on possible solutions and makes recommendations based on findings.
Collaborates with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts on design, content, and development of training and documentation.
Participates in College wide professional development activities.
Collaborates with the support center (Currently Team Dynamix) system administrator on the set up and design of the system for best user interface experience.
Ensures standardization and accessibility of articles and response templates.
Documents standard operating procedures by creating articles in the knowledgebase.
Trains new agents, administrators, and users in best practices and response norms.
Provides support to Learning Resources with special projects.
