* Fluent in either French, Spanish, or Mandarin (as well as English)
* Extensive knowledge of Pacific Northwest flora and fauna.
* Skilled in communication, public speaking, and administrative tasks.

* Experienced in Montessori education, willing to integrate elements of Reggio/Waldorf/Outdoor Education.
* Ready to engage in professional development, including essential onboarding literature.
*Role Overview:*
This full-time position is both a mentorship and leadership role, requiring you to float between classes to support language immersion, curriculum development, student growth, and parent education.
You'll need to be at ease using a non-English second language when interacting with children for most of the day.
However, communication with staff and parents will be conducted in English.
The role involves outdoor activities in Discovery Park and indoor Montessori classroom time.
Position flexible to start anytime between now and April 2024.
*Compensation:*
* Depending on experience, starting at $65,000-$70,000 per year.
* Nearly 8 scheduled weeks off per year, healthcare, 401k match, donation matching, gear reimbursement as well as the benefit of working with some incredible teachers and families.
*Requirements:*
* MACTE Montessori Certification.
* Year-round work availability and ability to pass a background check.
*These items can be gained immediately after hiring:*
* Current CPR and First Aid certification.
* Bloodborne Pathogens training.
* Proof of negative tuberculosis test and MMR vaccine/measles immunity.
