*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Pacific Maritime Title LLC.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining records, managing phone calls, and assisting with executive administrative tasks.
The role will be based in Seattle, WA.

* Strong administrative assistance skills
* Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
* Experience in executive administrative assistance
* Excellent clerical skills
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
