Tabor100, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering black businesses and the community at large by promoting equity, is seeking a highly motivated and professional.
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse range of grantees.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and success of minority owned entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities:
* Information Resource: Provide information about Tabor100's programs, initiatives, and events to visitors, callers, and firms, guiding them appropriately and ensuring they have access to the necessary resources.
* Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, to ensure the smooth operation of the Technical Assistance Program.
* Maintain weekly Constant contact Bids and Solicitation Email Notification to Tabor100 members.
* Review incoming Technical Assistance intake forms and assign them to the appropriate program coordinator
* Collaborate with the Program Coordinators to provide cross-functional support when needed.
Contribute to meetings and actively participate in organizational initiatives.
* Review incoming Consultant Applications and process them accordingly to the onboarding process.
* Assist the Program Coordinators to gather the materials needed to comply with the multiple grants scope of work and timelines
* Assist as needed in coordinating virtual and in person community engagement events
* Assist in Data collection and reporting

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related fields is preferred.
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a professional office setting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
* Demonstrated commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.
