Position Summary:
The Clinical Staffing Coordinator is responsible for performing clinical staffing functions, assuring adequate staffing levels are maintained in the clinics on all shifts daily and for tracking and maintaining credentials and departmental data associate with clinical staffing.
Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
Your contribution to the team includes:
Coordinate the scheduling of all float medical and dental staff, which includes Medical Assistants, Dental Assistants, Nurse Clinicians and Behavioral Health Consultants.
Coordinate schedule of OB and Non-OB physician call schedules.
Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding, including necessary training of new providers in collaboration with Physician Talent Acquisition Specialist and appropriate Business Director.
Maintain and track regular and float provider FTE and productivity.
Draft and track clinical staff employment contracts for new hires and employment contract renewals.
Track and maintain medical provider panel reports.
Review and process provider Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requests following required approval from appropriate position.
Support Float Provider meetings with tasks that include but are not limited to scheduling, agenda prep and taking and distributing meeting notes.
Maintain Clinical Programs Production board.
Update the Electronic Death Record System by updating reports when necessary in the Production Board.
Must have's you'll need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED and one (1) to two (2) years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
If you know about the following it's a plus:
Health care experience.
Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 is required, prior to start.
All new employees are also required to show proof of immunizations and/or immunity to MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Varicella, annual Influenza and TB QuantiFERON Gold Titer.
Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required.
Hepatitis B.
is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products.
All immunizations are a condition of employment.
Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immune titer results prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.
